Distance sales agreement (software subscription)
Coming soon. This website does not accept purchases or form paid subscriptions. The following information describes the contractual framework intended for future software access through globalsquawk.com. Before any sale, the applicable version, order-specific pre-contract information and Annex 1 must be presented for review and acceptance. The plan, price, period and terms accepted at purchase will govern that order. Reading this page creates no payment obligation.
1 Parties
Service provider: İFA GRUP ENERJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“İFA Grup”). MERSİS: 0644037458700019. Global Squawk is the service name.
Registered address: İzzet Paşa Mah. Yeni Yol Cad. Nurol Tower No: 3, Suite 303, Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye.
Web: https://globalsquawk.com. Email: info@globalsquawk.com. Telephone: +90 544 269 0454. Registered electronic mail (KEP): ifa.grupenerji@hs01.kep.tr.
The subscriber is the person identified in Annex 1 of a future order. Consumer provisions apply to subscribers acting outside a trade or profession.
2 Subject and nature of service
Global Squawk is AI-assisted information-processing software designed to collect, monitor, classify, filter, translate and summarise public information in text or audio according to the selected plan. Any future fee would cover software functionality and access, not an investment outcome.
Future sales would take place through the website, with browser-based access. Coverage, usage limits and technical requirements would be limited to the selected plan recorded in Annex 1. Personal services, research, training, bespoke reports or features outside that plan would not be included.
3 Price and payment
Coming soon. No price is offered in this preview. Before any future purchase, the total price including VAT and other taxes, and any additional charges, must be displayed in the checkout and pre-contract information and recorded in Annex 1. This general page is not a fixed price list. Digital access has no physical shipping charge.
No payments are accepted here. The payment provider, permitted payment methods and any billing arrangement will be disclosed before sales begin. İFA Grup will issue legally required invoices for future purchases.
4 Pre-contract information and acceptance
Before a future order, the subscriber must be able to read the pre-contract information, agreement and Annex 1, correct their details, and confirm through a button clearly identifying the payment obligation. Accepted documents must be sent in a durable, unaltered form by email.
Early commencement, any monthly recurring-payment instruction and optional marketing permission must be obtained separately and must not be pre-selected. An annual plan must not create an automatic payment instruction.
5 Use and responsibilities
5.1 The service is not personalised or general investment advice, trading signals, portfolio management or brokerage. İFA Grup does not act as a financial institution within this service, take, transmit or execute investment orders, manage investment accounts or accept money for investment.
5.2 No recommendation is made to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument. Content is not tailored to a subscriber’s finances or portfolio. Attribution, ranking, importance labels and audio are not investment recommendations or calls to trade.
5.3 The service is not independent reporting or a news agency and does not replace source verification. It provides no non-public inside information. Sources and AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, delays or mistakes in translation, summarisation or audio.
5.4 There is no guarantee of profit, protection from loss, a particular news volume, complete coverage, a specific speed, zero delay, uninterrupted access, absolute accuracy or error-free operation. No specific support response or resolution time is promised.
5.5 Subscribers assess information and make their own decisions. İFA Grup guarantees no market result or protection against missed opportunities or investment losses. It is not responsible for source, network, device or third-party problems not legally attributable to it. Mandatory legal protections remain applicable.
5.6 Future account access is intended for one individual and is non-transferable. Company payment does not add users. Sharing accounts, passwords or sessions; broadcasting screens or audio to multiple users; resale, rental, sublicensing, republication and systematic redistribution are prohibited.
5.7 Without written permission, protected software, interfaces, original compilations and content may not be copied in bulk, scraped, or used in another product, database or model training. Bypassing access controls, disrupting the service and unauthorised reverse engineering are prohibited. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
5.8 Intellectual property rights in software, interfaces, design, protectable database structures, original classifications, compilations and reports remain with İFA Grup or their licensors. A future subscription would grant only personal use for the selected plan and period, not ownership. Third-party source rights remain with their owners. Non-public technical information, security information and trade secrets must not be disclosed. Public facts are not confidential information.
5.9 Subscribers must be at least 18 and, when acting for a business, authorised to represent it. They must keep information current, protect their account and report known unauthorised use. Devices, connectivity and connection costs are their responsibility.
5.10 İFA Grup may maintain, update and repair the software and change interfaces or technical components while preserving core plan functionality. Unavoidable events outside its control, such as earthquakes, war, binding public orders or widespread infrastructure failure, count as force majeure only to the extent they prevent performance.
5.11 If performance becomes impossible, notice must be given within three days of learning of it and legally refundable payments returned within fourteen days of notice. For defective services attributable to İFA Grup, consumer remedies under Law No. 6502 Article 15 apply, including repeat performance, free repair where applicable, price reduction, rescission and damages where conditions are met. Refunds legally due immediately must not be delayed.
6 Right of withdrawal
Unless the exception in Section 8 applies, a consumer may withdraw within fourteen days of contract formation without a reason or penalty. Sending the notice in time is sufficient. Valid withdrawal requires a single, cost-free refund through an appropriate original payment method within fourteen days of receipt.
7 Request channels
Withdrawal, termination, refund and complaint requests may be sent to the email, KEP or postal address in Section 1. Any future online cancellation channel must provide a durable acknowledgement. A telephone call is not mandatory. The Annex 2 form is optional; a clear statement is sufficient. This preview has no active subscription or cancellation form.
8 Early service commencement
If a consumer separately requests commencement before the fourteen-day period ends and the service actually starts on that basis, the withdrawal exception in Article 15(1)(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation may apply. This consequence must be explained before consent. Without consent, access starts after the withdrawal period on the date in Annex 1. Statutory termination and defective-service rights remain intact.
9 Subscription terms and billing
9.1 No monthly subscription is currently offered. Before any future recurring plan is sold, its period, VAT-inclusive charge, renewal conditions and separate payment instruction must be explicitly presented and accepted. Non-use alone does not terminate a subscription. Price increases require the consent described in Section 9.5, and termination rights in Section 11 remain applicable.
9.2 No annual plan is currently offered. Any future annual plan will specify its exact start and end dates, total prepaid price and scope before purchase. It will not automatically renew or charge for another year without a new order.
9.3 Future access dates must be recorded in Annex 1. Service begins only when usable access to the purchased plan actually opens, following payment confirmation and the chosen commencement option. An opening delay attributable to İFA Grup must not shorten the purchased period. A failed recurring payment must not automatically create debt or late interest for an unpaid new period.
9.4 Prices and campaigns for future sales or future subscription periods may change. No fixed future price, increase ceiling or index linkage is promised. Changes must not apply retrospectively or to an already paid period. A prepaid annual price must remain unchanged for its purchased term. Existing subscribers retain the protections in Section 9.5.
9.5 Any proposed increase in a monthly VAT-inclusive charge and its effective period must be notified before collection and shown in the account. The increased amount and related recurring collection require explicit consent. Silence, continued use or not cancelling are not consent. Collection must remain within the authorised payment instruction. The subscriber may terminate under Section 11. Other material changes remain subject to mandatory law and required consents.
9.6 Coming soon. No Global Squawk launch price, discounted offer, customer quota or trial period is offered on this website.
10 Correcting input errors
A future subscriber must be able to check and correct account, plan and invoice details before confirming an order. Errors discovered later may be reported to the contact email in Section 1 and corrected according to their nature.
11 Termination and refunds
11.1 For a future monthly plan, choosing termination at the period end must disable further charges while retaining access through the paid period. An annual plan ends automatically. Non-use alone does not create a refund for a fully provided period. Statutory withdrawal, early termination and defective-service refunds remain available.
11.2 A consumer may terminate an indefinite monthly or one-year subscription without a reason or termination penalty. Unless the period end is expressly chosen, termination must take effect within seven days. Prepaid charges for time after termination must be refunded without deduction within fifteen days of effectiveness. Termination confirmation and the payment statement through that date must be provided, the latter within ten days.
11.3 Refunds for unused time are proportional to the amount actually paid and the unused part of the total access period. A partial month is not counted as a full month; annual use is not retrospectively repriced at a monthly list rate. Time that legally cannot be charged because of delayed termination must not be billed. Refunds use an appropriate original payment method; duplicate or erroneous charges must be corrected.
11.4 Proven account sharing, unauthorised copying or redistribution, resale, security attacks or other material breaches may justify suspension or termination. Rights to require the breach to cease, seek interim relief and recover legally recoverable amounts or losses are preserved.
12 Personal data and communications
12.1 İFA Grup is the data controller. Processing purposes, legal grounds, transfers and request rights are described in the notice at https://globalsquawk.com/privacy/ ; cookie information is available at https://globalsquawk.com/privacy/#cerezler . Accepting these terms does not replace explicit consent.
12.2 Necessary account, access, security, billing, service-change, support, maintenance, termination, refund and legal communications may use the subscriber’s contact details through proportionate channels. Non-promotional notices that legally require no prior consent are independent of marketing permission. This preview operates no account or billing notifications.
12.3 Future Global Squawk campaigns, offers, newsletters, events and surveys may use only channels with valid required permissions. Content, timing and frequency remain within those permissions and the law. Communication consent is separate and optional and may be withdrawn free of charge for each channel. It can continue after subscription only while unwithdrawn and lawful retention conditions remain.
12.4 Behaviour-based personalisation and personalised promotional offers are disabled in this preview. Any future use requiring consent must have separate explicit permission for the relevant purpose. Such features are not suitability assessments or personal investment advice. They must not be a subscription condition; channel permissions remain separate.
12.5 Lawfully derived, genuinely anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot identify a person even when combined with other data may support improvement, analysis, research, planning and reports. Reports and data products based on them may be published or licensed within the company’s rights, including after a subscription. Personal data ownership is not transferred; personal processing remains limited to disclosed legal grounds and any required separate choices.
13 Law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Consumer disputes may be brought to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts under applicable thresholds and jurisdiction rules. Statutory jurisdiction and mandatory pre-action mediation rules apply. Other disputes follow general jurisdiction rules.
14 Formation and records
A future paid contract requires electronic acceptance of the applicable agreement, Annex 1 and pre-contract information. This preview does not form such a contract. No additional service or outcome guarantee outside the chosen plan is assumed. Necessary accepted versions, payment, separate consent, actual access-opening and request records must be retained for the legally required periods.
